of the home, record measurements of the
house and other improvements to determine
gross living area, take notes on interior
and exterior features and additional
buildings and consider any fencing or
landscaping for our report. Each
report is written to conform with the
United Standards of Professional
Appraisal Practice and Fannie Mae
guidelines to ensure a high quality
report. We also offer verbal
